How Does it Work?
Fuel passing through the ECO System device has it's vapor pressure raised. It's measurable, and we believe that the increased
vapor pressure is what creates a cleaner burn. The tail pipe side of things are easily measured, and we have many emissions tests
showing fewer regulated hydrocarbons being sent out the tail pipe. For diesels, it's helped many vehicles pass their smoke
tests. Mechanics will tell you - less emissions means better efficiency. For diesels that have a soot trap (regen), the mechanics notice that it
lasts longer.
The ECO device for your engine is sized so that there is no restriction in flow. In addition, it's not a heat or catalytic process.
Your device may be mounted away from the engine on trucks and generators and pump engines. On passenger vehicles there are guidelines on installing add-on devices - usually that
means under the hood. It does not affect your warranty.
Expected Savings?
On average, it saves 10% on fuel, and reduces carbon emissions in a huge way.
We find some will get 6% fuel savings, and some will get alot better. Everyone gets much reduced emissions.
How To Buy
Order online. If your engine size is 5 liters or less, you need the ECO-2. If it's bigger, up to 500HP, you need the ECO-4. The ECO-5 is for larger engines. Get in touch so we can determine the best unit for your larger applications.
Most cars and small trucks will use the ECO-2. Buses, Coaches, Pumps, Earthmovers, Tractor Trailer rigs ... will use an ECO-4.
We will send you the ECO-2 or ECO-4, and the fittings to match your vehicle/engine. The fittings are custom made for us using OEM connectors, so it's important that you let is know what your make, model, and engines size is.
